Writer and Ecologist, Herts, UK.

I’ve always been a writer, and in 2023 my debut novel was published—I’m leaning towards writing speculative, adventurous novels with deep hearts: dark, light and wild. I’ve also worked as an ecologist for all of my adult working life so far, specialising lately in habitats and botany. I’m really interested in human-wildlife coexistence, in climate change and micro plastics pollution, and in exploring and conserving wild places.

In between writing and working, I love painting, currently experimenting with watercolour. I also love reading with my cats Luna and Rei on my lap, and climbing mountains to find that life-affirming peace and solitude at the top.
